Welcome to MENTISGO. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and educational counselling provided by MENTISGO ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Our Services

MENTISGO provides international education consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Educational counselling
• University and course selection
• Admission application assistance
• Scholarship guidance
• Visa documentation support
• English language test guidance
• Accommodation assistance
• Education loan guidance
• Pre-departure and post-arrival support
• Other student support services

Certain services are delivered in collaboration with our authorized university partners and recruitment partners.

2. Independent Admission Decisions

MENTISGO does not grant admissions. All admission decisions are made solely by the respective university or educational institution based on its own admission policies.

MENTISGO cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, credit transfer, course availability, or program continuation.

3. Visa Decisions

Student visas are issued solely by the relevant immigration authority. MENTISGO cannot guarantee visa approval, processing times, immigration outcomes, permanent residency, or post-study work rights.

Any information provided regarding immigration pathways is general guidance only and should not be considered legal immigration advice.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.
• Submit genuine academic and financial documents.
• Notify MENTISGO of any changes affecting their application.
• Meet all institutional and immigration deadlines.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and university regulations.

Submission of fraudulent or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Document Authenticity

Students are solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all documents submitted. MENTISGO reserves the right to refuse representation if fraudulent or altered documents are detected.

Where required, suspected fraud may be reported to the relevant university or competent authority.

6. Application Processing

MENTISGO assists in preparing and submitting applications but does not control university processing times, offer issuance, waiting lists, admission decisions, tuition fee policies, or enrollment requirements.

7. Tuition Fees and Other Payments

MENTISGO does not collect tuition fees on behalf of educational institutions unless expressly authorized.

Students are responsible for tuition fees, visa fees, government charges, medical examinations, English tests, courier fees, insurance, travel, and accommodation. All payments should be made directly to the relevant institution or approved payment partners.

8. Scholarships

Scholarships are offered solely at the discretion of universities, governments, or scholarship providers. MENTISGO cannot guarantee scholarship awards or funding amounts.

9. Third-Party Services

MENTISGO may facilitate access to third-party services including loans, accommodations, insurance, international payments, forex, SIM cards, and transfers. These services are provided by independent organizations and MENTISGO is not responsible for their performance, policies, or decisions.

10. Student Conduct

Students shall communicate respectfully, provide truthful information, follow university policies and immigration laws, and avoid abusive or unlawful conduct. MENTISGO reserves the right to discontinue services where misconduct occurs.

11. Limitation of Services

MENTISGO provides advisory and administrative assistance only. We do not make admission decisions, issue visas, guarantee employment, guarantee immigration outcomes, or guarantee permanent residency.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, text, software, and educational materials are the intellectual property of MENTISGO or their respective owners. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Students consent to MENTISGO collecting, processing, storing, and sharing personal information with universities, visa processing authorities, testing organizations, and authorized service providers only for educational and related purposes.

14. Confidentiality

Information shared by students shall be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required for processing applications, required by law, or authorized by the student.

15. Service Suspension

MENTISGO may suspend or terminate services if fraudulent documents are submitted, false information is provided, abusive conduct occurs, or laws are violated.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MENTISGO shall not be liable for admission refusals, visa refusals, scholarship denials, delays caused by universities or government agencies, or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by students.

17. Force Majeure

MENTISGO shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, civil unrest, or technical failures.

18. Amendments

MENTISGO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

20. Academic Integrity and Document Authenticity

MENTISGO is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance in international student recruitment and admissions.

20.1 Authentic Documents

You shall provide only genuine, accurate, complete, and authentic documents throughout the process (including transcripts, mark sheets, language tests, LORs, CVs, bank statements, and travel documents).

20.2 Zero-Tolerance Policy

MENTISGO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the submission of false, forged, counterfeit, or misleading documents. Attempted fraud results in immediate termination and may be reported to universities, examination bodies, or competent authorities.

20.3 Verification of Documents

MENTISGO reserves the right to verify document authenticity before submission to partner institutions or admissions platforms like coursefinder.ai.

20.4 Applicant Undertaking

By engaging MENTISGO, you affirm that all information is true, you will not submit fraudulent student documents, and you accept full responsibility for document legality and accuracy.

20.5 Consequences of Fraudulent Documentation

Fraud results in refusal to process applications, discontinuation of representation, cancellation of ongoing services, and notifications to relevant institutions.
